The complex includes the Bayon, terrace of the elephants, south gate, Baphuon, etc. All within walking distance, but might take up to a day to do them all.

For a complete Angkhor Wat temple experience, this is a must. Be sure to avoid the tour buses if possible and get there at times when they aren't posing and taking selfies ad nauseum. Your tuk tuk driver or hotel reception desk may be able to help you.

Angkor Thom is worth visiting when you are in Siem Reap, but it is not nearly as spectacular as Angkor Wat. It is located on a river about 15 minutes by car from Angkor Wat.

This temple is much smaller than the main temple at Angkor Watt but still a must see if your traveling to Siem Reap. The giant Buddha head carvings are amazing and very detailed. What it lacks in size it makes up in beauty.
