This is a fun place to watch the craftspeople at work and later have an opportunity to view and purchase their handiwork. It is more upscale than the market stalls where some similar materials might be found, and without the haggling so possibly a little...More

A great place to purchase quality silks, carvings, porcelain, stonework, jewellery and more by local craftspeople at fixed prices. Begin with a short guided tour ($1-2 discretionary tip) of the on-site workshops. Credit cards accepted.

I loved seeing the artisans work, and spent a good hour in the massive shop. The only downside to the tour was that the tour guide seemed very bored and rehearsed. I have also experienced similar tour guides at the Silk Farm.More

This was one of the most interesting places to visit in Cambodia. Ethical craftware produce. The workshops where they harvest the silk worms, produce the silk, dye it and weave it are informative and interesting. The shop is very good. Brought 2 different silk articles.

On a brief tour, guided or self-conducted, you can see how the silks are made, artefacts crafted, and goods created. This is a great initiative to help the local people, and although you can buy your silks and buddhas more cheaply in the local market...More

Very interesting short guided tour to see and explain about the different types of local crafts. Then into the shop where you can buy quality handicraft items, much nicer than the local markets. More expensive but worthwhile for the quality.
