When I was strolling in Copacabana! I spotted this white cathedral ! It immediately caught my attention! Due to the mosaic dome roofs! 這個有著馬賽克設計的白色圓頂敎堂很吸引我的注意!一進入大門眼前的空間像是一個小廣埸,廣埸的右手邊竪立著一個高大的十字架.不但是值得造訪也是隨手拍照的好景點

We had a lovely time wandering through this old building in very good repair. It was the day of a festival and so the whole church was smothered in flowers. The courtyard area was particularly suited for photographs but as there were signs prohibiting photos...More

This is a lovely cathedral and grounds. It's worth the hike up the hill to see the site and the statue of the last Incan in Bolivia

The church is not massive but it houses the original virgin made by the last Inca king. The wooden panels of the front doors depict the story of the virgin including a visit by pope John Paul II.

Does not compare to the Cathedrals in Italy in scope or magnitude, however this is a most special place of worship. The altar is a golden tribute to the Virgin of Copacabana and you can feel the spirtituality as soon as you walk into this...More

Churches in Bolivia are not as opulent as those in Peru but there is one piece of art in this one that made me revisit the cathedral in Copacabana. It is not art in the traditional sense that you may find in churches, nevertheless this...More

I had been told that I needed to visit this church, but I had no idea what was in store for us when we got there! First, it is huge! I was taken aback by it's size and beauty when we got there. The inside...More
