This was so close in proximity to Carhenge, that was simply too easy not to pass up. A great little town that gives a little insight into the people of the area.

Lot of history in an early homesteaders setting. Great tours in the summer. Well worth the stop. Lot of old buildings restored. With helpful guides to explain what it was like to live 140 years ago on the plains of Nebraska.

Fascinating collection of buildings & antiques. Our 4 yr old grandson was totally part of the old west as he played with the children of volunteers. The jail was his favorite. The volunteers were very knowledgable & helpful.

Dobby's Frontier Town is very interesting. You can really immerse yourself in frontier history in this collection of historic buildings. I was fascinated by the homestead cabin that belonged to an African-American homesteader. We had a terrific guide and it was really great.
