I love visiting Myre-Big Island. The park is very clean and well maintained. The trails are very pretty. It's a quiet peaceful park!

We went to visit my parents, who were camp hosts. The trails and campsites were very well maintained despite the lack of State funding.

There's a small boat ramp on the little island, but I think this is mostly used for canoes. I haven't seen anybody fishing when we've been in the park. it's a pretty shallow lake.
