Easy to enter the palace and parking was good. Camera policy was confusing as the website didn't specify for the pistons game and we couldn't bring it in as it had a removable lense. Overall a good experience.

The Palace is awesome for seeing big names like Panic! or Beyoncé, or watching your favorite team, they have great suites for groups and a variety of food. However, they nickel and dime the common man to death-almost literal death. It's $20 for parking, $4 for a water! I tried to find a drinking fountain and finally one kindly security... More

Great place to see a game or catch a concert. Seating is ok, clean, and very friendly staff. We have been dozens of times.

Fantastic experience at the Palace for Detroit Pistons game. Parking was $15 and not a bad walk to entrance. Excellent court side seats for the win. Entertainment between game action is better than most places. Concession food was even good.

This is a good arena for a night out on the town to watch the Pistons play. The Arena is also a great venue for concerts.

We went to the Palace to watch the Pistons basketball. It's a great venue and always very clean. Staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. Just wish they didn't charge $15 to park.

My husband and I attended a Pistons Game here. I have never been to a pro basketball game and didn't know what to expect. We got very cheap tickets so they were up pretty high, but the floor was still very visible and they have a pretty big screen to make it easier. I was surprised by the building itself.... More

So sad to hear we may be loosing the Palace after the Pistons relocate to Detroit. It is an amazing concert venue, especially compared to the bigger venues in Detroit - the sound just isn't the same.

We recently saw the Trans Siberian Orchestra at the Palace. The seating and the sound was perfect. We truly enjoyed our experience. And look forward to going back again.
