You don't need a lot of time for a visit to the Leslie Science Center's Birds of Prey exhibit. It is fabulous to see owls, eagles and other raptors up close and personal. Good signage to describe what you're seeing.

Small, but with character. Fabulous place for kids to see the beauty of animals up close. Plus they do a great job helping animals.

Well run, hands-on camp experience for kids - an educational, fun time. The staff really knows their stuff and imparts a love of nature to the kids. Cool animals, too.

I don't think there is a charge to visit, although they will take donations. There are special events planned throughout the year and they often have a charge.
