This is a nice sunny day activity, walk around visit the park and people watch. You can climb to top of Eiffel Tower but I just stayed at ground level.

I will echo what some other reviewers have stated- don't go out of your way to take a look. It's a cute and unique feature of Simon Bolivar Park, but go because of the park. I arrived in Sucre on the last day of their...More

A nice little feature in the middle of the park but not worth making a special trip for. Has a fairly decent view from the top over the park.

It's nice to climb up the narrow staircase. The tower is free and located in the Simon Bolivar park.

I don't think this is even a attraction. It is a sculpture at best. Don't make a special trip. If you are in the park and walking by it may be worth a look.

As a tourist attraction not so good. As entertainment in the park for the locals and their kids, fun. I t was fun to walk around Parque de Simon Bolivar and see people enjoying themselves with their families.

The Parque is enjoyable and this is an interesting feature of it. It used to be a weather station and was indeed designed by Gustav Eiffel. It is only two stories high but you can climb up and get a view of the surroundings. There...More

I wouldn't go out of my way to visit this, but since it's in the heart of Parque Bolivar, you may as well have a look. Parque Bolivar is worth a visit. The tower is not really anything special. You can climb it via steps,...More
