This was an interesting experience. First off this is closed on Mondays so don't make the mistake I did and turn up to an empty park. There is a little park that gives displays and real size models in English and Spanish but the main...More

I must commence by stating this place has enormous potential as evidenced by the faces of the local school kids that were leaving as we arrived. The displays and landscaping of the grounds with different information poi t-shirt and the various dinosaurs is very engaging...More

Make sure you get to the park in time for one of the guided tours at 12pm & 1pm respectively. Juan Carlos was our guide and he was fantastic. You will get a lot closer to the tracks if you're on the guided tour.

Well worth the 2 hour round trip from city center return. As a geologist I thought the display was well done and quite scientifically factual. The displays are very nice and one hour at the park is a sufficient amount of time to enjoy all.

The park itself is not amazing but the dig is great. There are actual petrified dinosaur steps! You can see several species's sets of steps on an inclined wall of petrified clay. They have English speaking guides and several movies that run in Spanish but...More

Juan Carlos or 'JC' as he calls himself is hilarious as a tour guide. The tour is quite basic but brilliant simultaneously. The footprints are impressive. But it's all a bit basic.

We were very disappointed in our visit here. The 20 year old movie was somewhat interesting and the life size replicas do give an idea of what life looked like then. However, the wall of prints is so far away. We were not told to...More
