I met this guy named VASIM ANSARI (business class) who literally helped me a lot with the services. Such a hardworking and kind men. I usually don’t put reviews but that’s something remarkable and I couldn’t stop myself doing so. Also, the manager named TOMMY is a very kind gentlemen. Helped me how to put reviews and where because I could r find out. Such down to earth person they both are and so helpful with a smiling face. Thank you soo much for such a wonderful gesture. Would love to see you soon. Take care!! Once again very hard working person. Thank you soo much . 🙏🏻

    Terminal B
Our departing gate was in Terminal C, but we decided to visit the Emirates Lounge in T3/B, which was a good choice. The Lounge was under renovation, but is so large that it never bothered us. They provide full table service and we had a delicious breakfast with Dom Perignon Champagne. Friendly service, excellent food and quality drinks ! We had some spare time, so stopped at the TC Lounge, which is much smaller, but adequate for some relaxing time before departure.

A step above the business class lounge
My flight from Kuala Lumpur arrived at an A gate and I was met at the door by an Emirates representative with a sign with my name on it which I wasn’t expecting and he advised me that he was here to ensure a smooth transition from the A gates to the C gates where my flight to Vienna was departing from and drove me in one of the buggies to security and then when he realized I had 10 hours between flights he suggested I stay in the A lounge which was the biggest and best in his opinion and then head to the C lounge around two hours before my departure which I did. The first class lounge in the A concourse is huge and extends the full length of the terminal and apart from dedicated private sleeping rooms has everything you could want. Unlike the business class lounge which occupies another floor and I think is the same size the first class lounge never felt crowded during my seven hours or so I stayed there which is something you can’t say about the business class lounge which can get very crowded and congested. Everything about the first class lounge is just a step above the business class with its a la carte dining, great buffet and drink offering and just the sense of calm and peace that prevailed during my stay. While the lounge doesn’t have any private bedrooms like some lounges they did have a quiet area with daybeds but they were not the most comfortable but I did manage a little sleep. After about six or seven hours I headed to the lounge in the B concourse where I had the included 15 minute spa treatment which was a nice little extra and then I finally headed to the lounge in the C concourse where my flight departed from which was a much smaller lounge and this one was on the crowded side but I got a seat and enjoyed a little breakfast before my flight. Overall the first class lounges are a step above the business class lounges and while I am glad I experienced them I wouldn’t pay the extra charge you can pay to use this lounge over the business class ones as they are great as well. The staff I dealt with at all three lounges were great and I was constantly asked if they could get me anything or if I needed help. Having just over 10 hours in transit I could have taken advantage of the Dubai connect offer Emirates have for longer enforced connections which I have used several times in the past but I was glad I didn’t to get the full experience and make the most of my time in the first class lounge.

A lounge you will want to arrive early to use
First class lounge in Terminal B is amazing. Truly massive lounge with high density of staff and low density of Travellers. Two restaurants with both sit down and cafeteria style options. Staff constantly checking the freshness and presentation of items. Upon entering we were greeted with the smell of fresh baked bread and croissants, further down was a sushi station and a cake and pastry section. Hard to believe it was an airport lounge.

Dubai Terminal 3 First class lounge Concourse A lounge is terrific, Concourse B is less so.
We had a bit of time between flights in Dubai before I was flying out first class from Dubai to Sydney. We were in Terminal 3. An airport employee recommended the lounge with Concourse A. Mostly our experience with this lounge was very impressive. The showers, the food, the drinks, the staff and the amenities were mostly top notch. The only quibbles I have are, there doesn't appear to be a storage area for your carry on luggage whilst using the lounge, the couches in the quiet area aren't very conducive to having a decent nap, and there isn't a concierge to discuss aspects of the lounge. These are mainly quibbles and I certainly recommend going to concourse A if you have time. Concourse B was very disappointing compared to Concourse A. They have revamped the seating area but the overall food quality wasn't as good, the toilets and showers don't seem to have been renovated and are showing their age. The attention to servicing the toilets and showers seems to be lacking. We were very underwhelmed. If you have the time between flights certainly use Concourse A lounges rather than Concourse B. We didn't get to Concourse C lounge.

    Simply fantastic
I asked the employees today to tell me which lounge to attend as both Ahlan Business class and Ahlan First class longes are opposite to each other. I was told to attend First class longe. And wow, what an experince, they even take orders on Menue (included in price). The items and service was 10 out of 10. I was attended by Syed and i am so happy with his service. Great work, and keep it up with the superb menu, variety of items, and the serice.

Awesome Masseur’s at first class Emirates Lounge
First class massage by Billy to match the first class lounge! Just what I needed with a nine hour stop over. Billy was amazing and for a first timer, indulging in a spa treatment at a lounge, I must say I will be returning next week on route to London. Hopefully Billy is still there. I understand he has been there for a few years. Emirates should definitely ensure he’s looked after and doesn’t leave for a while. Thanks for an awesome massageBilly .

It's hard to rate six star products like Emirates offerings. I traveled through covid and have been steadily increasing my global movement back to prepandemic levels. Consequently I have experienced products like the Emirates First class lounge prepandemic, during and now post pandemic (if there will ever be such a place!).

On this latest trip, and I was only here a month ago in February there has been a significant leap in quality, service and a general sense of being "open". Not sure what has changed behind the scenes but the First class treatment Emirates is famous for is back and on steroids.

First the food. The sushi is now crazy good. Presentation, real caviar, taste is all top shelf. I sampled a series of dishes a la carte and from the buffer and all spectacular. The general service is back up to full staffing, and it's clear. Full chef compliments and all areas open. The spa didn't even have time booking issues, which has been a problem for obvious reasons.

Do this experience at least once in your lifetime and try and create a five or six hour layover so you can really enjoy it!

Do I like the back to better product? You bet!

We stayed twice at this huge lounge which is very clean and offers very good food and drinks. They have also a quiet room but when it is full it is anything but quiet. Given how huge this place is they should definitely make available real nap rooms where people could really rest or sleep on real beds. Another slight minus is that the direct boarding is not very coordinated: on 1 First Class flight we could board first but on another one we boarded last which is not consistent. First Class passengers should always board first so there is enough time to settle in the cabin and have a drink. At the restaurants there are no Prestige Cuvée Champagnes available which they should be because on board you also get the best Champagnes.

Elegant is the word that comes to mind when I think of the Emirates First Class Lounge in Terminal 3, in terms of furnishings it does not differ much from the Business, because they have the same design, with a few more touches of finesse and elegance in the details. The service here is 5 star, and the food is the real difference, with quality buffets with raw meats, and fine dishes, but also with attentive table service...
I have no terms of comparison with other First Lounges in the world as I do with many Business ones but it truly seemed the best, as was the Dubai-Milan flight. We ordered some excellent raw fish, salmon, tuna and prawns, and to finish the ice cream which they serve elegantly to you, obviously all accompanied by Champagne. We relaxed on the sofas and I took advantage of a free 15-minute massage, in the bathroom there was everything you needed for a refreshed shower. It was a wonderful experience.

Terminal 3 first class lounge is worlds apart compared to onboard first class service. It’s huge. You can board directly from an elevator. But nothing different than business. And that’s the rub.

The lounge is so huge it’s like you are in an old house with dozens of unused rooms. So poorly designed and confusing to find a place where you can sit and get service. I just went back and forth to the service bar so someone knew I was in a corner seat somewhere. More options for food in different areas. Complete gut and redesign. Add a fitness center and 25 private day rooms with en-suite.

Let me write what the lounge needs to improve:

Shower rooms: increase shower room size. Include a luggage rack so you can open your bag while changing. Fix the glass shower door so it opens out instead of in and trying to squeeze your body inside. A fan or some type of ventilation. Include a hand towel.

Boarding: inform passengers via app or concierge that boarding is available instead of saying nothing, walking to the gate elevator and being told the plane is not boarding. Escort the 8-12 F passengers directly onto the plane instead of the elevator dumping them out into a security queue with 100 business passengers in line having their bags searched. It would be nice to either be screened before or after the masses, the ticket is twice the price.

We are currently on the road for a very long time and thought ( sat. 4 people) that we spend the 6 hours waiting time in the First Class Lounge. We paid a very proud price for it, where you expect something, of course!
Existing food was nice to look at but not suitable for the early morning hours to dine 3:30 a.m. The service average, no decent sleeping arrangements and in the smoking lounge are permanently gentlemen screaming into their phone!
The furniture is no longer contemporary and the plugs to charge for Händy
And Vo you have to bring yourself.
Since the normal lounge of Emirates was better by classes!!! I'm upset that I spent so much money on nothing!

Having come off a spectacular first class flight ( and I mean sensational beyond 5 star) the lounge seemed ordinary. Areas were ad hoc. Big , vacant, areas .The spa was ok but it’s hard to get into . The shower area was worn and old and definitely not first class . The free massage needs to be pre booked and is in a public average space - no 5 star feeling to it at all . Lots of food choices and the alcohol was abundant but the interior lacked the finesse one would expect from a first class lounge. Overall disappointing after the wonderful flight experirnce.

First Class Lounge should be much more than this. Starting with staff a little bit rude in the entrance, continuing with food on the medium to bad quality (the bread was stale!) and finish in with showers that are a joke compared to other Lounges (small, claustrophobic and bad organized so we even had to wait for the staff to clean them after opening a couple of doors and finding a mess).

Was just average. Limited selection of food, mass produced. Very very hard to get a table lots reserved and almost all tables had food scraps and dirty plates. Had a blah vibe and on the return trip we actually paid to eat in the airport rather than bother this place again. Perth WAs was AMAZING- this by comparison was just mid.

Visited on our return home to Heathrow. The lounge really is HUGE. When you think how few passengers actually use it the size doesn’t make sense. But still it’s incredible. The al a carte restaurant is excellent. We had a wonderful breakfast and relaxed for few hours before the flight. Champagne was flowing . Constant top ups if requested . There is duty free shopping within the lounge so be need to venture out. Finally you are able to board your plane from within the lounge itself. A great way to spend a few hours before being spoilt even more on board in one of the emirates suites

Travel with Emirates in firstclass is a very strange experience once on ground at Dubai airport.

Yes there’s someone to meet you when you leave the plane! But then the service fails.

I experienced meet and great service from transfer airplane to lounge, airplane to Dubai intl hotel at T3 and hotel to gate / lounge.

You need to walk with the staff for most part! Dubai is a big airport!

Do you have handluggage they offer to carry on piece but the rest is fo you to carry. There might be a ride in a golfbuggy some distance, but you end up walking not feeling a first class experience at all.

The service fails, when first class lounge at T3 gate B answer my request for assistance that we simply need a 20-25 minute walk to reach T3 gate A.

No offer to escort us, but a much appreciated trolley for our luggage and shopping bags.

When there’s no buggyservice or staff guiding your walk you simply do as economy class passengers! The train is crowded!

Once entering the very big first class lounge you simply must find your gate and board by yourself.

We found the gate very close to the lounge, but stepping out of the elevator directly into the crowds of economy passengers made it difficult to make priority boarding. If ground staff escorted accordingly, this experience could have been avoided!

Consider this when booking Emirates first class!
