Very beautiful view of Dubai from the 148 the floor of the Burj Khalifa. I think the best time to schedule is around 5 pm. That way you can see the city by day and then as dusk comes, the city lights are very visible....More

Even though we had an allotted time to go up we were told we could stay as long as we liked.

You would have to go thru the Armani hotel at that time. Hope this helps.
