This area is located in between Dubai and Sharjah. It's clean, so is the water. It has beautiful park and trees that have very nice flowers in summer.

seeing all the development and investments done on almamzar beach park its seem like its going to be the next JBR. the municipality just launched some villas for rent for big groups and also allowed some new restaurants to open.

if you are in dubai you can use al nadha metro station to connect to al mamzar beach,its one of a kind because you have a better view of a sharjah city

I don't know if it is available in the park or not, but as for the chalets there is no lockers facility.

Yes you can visit any time except the ladies days, and you can swim as you like.
