Stood here for 14 days and it was almost like entering heaven for a bit. from the greeting at the door, to the most elegant check in experience ever. To butlers on site, all hand soap, shampoos etc by Hermes. Bentleys or Rolls Royce as car service. I had a massage done every morning, I only could get females due to the country rule but it was a beautiful spa. The food, everything on the menu was 5 star. the chicken wings were something out of this world. My favorite part of our suite was the bathroom. Its such a well put together hotel. Beautiful from top to bottom. Dined at the Al Muntaha, top of the hotel, service 7 star as well. I returned and they remembered me. The staff treats you like family. I had car service every time I wanted to leave the hotel and when I wanted to just lay by the pool I was provided my own cooler with water, hand towels soaked in lavender. and face spray that smelled amazing. I can keep going but you get the point. This hotel is everything you imagine it to be. And yes the door handles are made of gold.

The Burj Al Arab is a very expensive luxuirious hotel but you cant get anywehre near it to see even inside the foyer if you are not staying here whichis disspointing. Even on a trou or taxi secrity stop you well back from being anywhere near it and check if you have a reservation and if not you are turned away. This is rather poor for tourits and not a good customer relations excercise by the hotel. If you feel the need to grab a photo from well back at the beach, do so but its certainly not worth spending any time or money trying to get near itm, unless you have the thousands of dollars a night to stay there.

The Icon of Dubai's Tourism. The Burj Al Arab is a beautiful building. Such an aesthetic building against the beautiful backdrop of the seascape makes for the perfect picture op. The beach around is so clean and well maintained. The Burj itself measures up to the 7star rating it proudly boasts of. A must visit for all tourists.
