Spanning 1,260 square meters, Plaza Premium Lounge Dubai is located on Level 4, Concourse A in Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport. The lounge offers comfortable seating and a delectable array of Arabic, Asian and International cuisines freshly prepared in our kitchen. Brewed tea and coffee, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages from our well-stocked Aerobar are served throughout the day. Plaza Premium Lounge Dubai is also equipped with free Wi-Fi, dedicated Smoking Rooms, shower rooms with quality amenities and four Private Family Suites. The Family Suites come with butler service and can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests (adults and children inclusive) — ideal for families and business travellers who prefer their own space and privacy. We also have a specially designed Kids’ Play Area with sustainable wooden toys for our little travellers.

Greeted by a super friendly Gentleman. We were made to feel very welcome. Enjoyed the coffee and the cleanliness of the place. Also very quiet. We could rest and work. Thank you. We would appreciate a few snacks though....not wanting a full breakfast.

Decent food selection, lots of seating both in the dining area and lounge. Very spacious so you don't feel cramped. Most importantly there was a nice, clean bathroom for me to freshen up. They also have several private sleeping pods but was informed that you need to book ahead.

Having used the Marhaba Lounge on previous occasions, I decided to try out the Plaza Premium lounge this time. It was well signposted and thus easy to find. I signed in and went inside. It was about 11.00pm on a Sunday evening and there were plenty of seats available despite the airport being quite busy at that time.
There is a dedicated bar. There was nobody in there so I went in and ordered a glass of wine. On taking a seat I could see a bar code on the tables. This brought up the menu on your phone. You simply choose what you want and within 15 minutes it is delivered to your table - no charge, of course. All part of the lounge experience. So, I ordered the fish and chips. An unusual meal arrived soon after. There were three fillets of a fish called Cream Dory each cooked in batter with a kind of mustard sauce on top. They were excellent. Unfortunately, the "chips" element was an American interpretation. Yes, crisps to us British. So, fish in batter served with crisps and thin slices of cucumber. The fish was excellent and that was enough to keep me happy at this late hour. I left most of the crisps.
On leaving the bar, I found an area of individual seats in booths (for one) with a little table and charging points for the phone. I could get non-alcoholic drinks at that point (well, I did have a few hours before my flight and didn't want to fall asleep).
All in all, I rather enjoyed my trip to this particular lounge and will seek it out next time I'm in Dubai.

Having booked a flight to Sydney which included a 7hour layover in Dubai I booked a ‘Family Room’ for us to relax in while we waited for our onward flight. I booked the max 6hrs possible. So, the good bits first. It was a nice space with a comfy L shaped sofa, TV, coffee table, complimentary drinks & meals (from a menu). The service was efficient & unassuming & we were able to grab a shower (separate from the room) and change into fresh clothes which was lovely. Now the bad(well annoying) the room had jazz piped in from the general space, which you could not turn off. 6hrs of jazz is not fun. I was expecting to get a few hours sleep but that just wasn’t possible. Also the TV was mostly paid for content which again was irritating so we just switched it off in the end as it was competing with the Jazz!! I paid £490.45 for the 6hrs which in hindsight is a lot of money for 6hrs & I suspect had I done more research there are probably better ways to spend that time & money, however, my family appreciated the comfort it offered and seemed to forgive the irritations. Next time I’d just book flights with less of a layover tbh.

Did not actually go into the lounge, but to just review the airport itself, specifically Terminal 3 for Emirates, it's very large and offers tons of high-end shopping opportunities while waiting for your flight, also very clean

Lovely staff but they give you one towel for a shower at a cost of USD25.00. That one towel looks like a piece of rag that I would have only used to wipe my cat's mess. A better option is Marhaba on the 5th floor where you are given three soft clean fluffy towels (USD18.00) or a place near A11 where you are given one foot towel and one big clean sanitary one (about USD10.00). The only advantage of the Premium Lounge shower facility is that each shower room has a a toilet. For others either you use a common toilet inside the lounge (Marhaba) or outside the lounge (the one at the A concourse). There is only one shower room for females at Marhaba, unfortunately. In all three lounges, staff are very pleasant.

We take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, and we ensure that all towels provided are clean and sanitary. We regret if this wasn’t your impression during your visit.
We do offer shower rooms equipped with toilets for added convenience, which sets us apart from other lounges. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and will continue working to enhance our services.

We had a layover 3am to 8am, so decided on using the lounge. Booked via Get Your Guide, who appeared to give the best price.
Food options were a bit limited when we arrived, but improved as the lounge got busier (5am onwards). My teenagers loved the huevos rancheros with french toast.
We were made to feel very welcome by reception, and the areas we used were well maintained and clean.
Our tickets had a shower included, but that may not be the case for all ticket types. The showers are great, and towels and shampoo included, with a hair dryer for those who need it.
There is a well stocked bar, which will sell premium drinks for additional cost. There are non-premium drinks included in the lounge access but you need to go to the bar and request them, for example draft lager. Premium drinks are what you will be steered towards if you use the table service app. If you're looking for juice, apple and orange are available at the bar.
Chairs are comfortable enough, but not really suitable for sleeping. There are a few booths near the shower suite that can be used for a snooze.

I have visited Plaza Premium Lounges at KLIA and Changi, and this is the best so far. It is well laid out and on the two occasions I visited (breakfast and dinner), it was not overcrowded.
Each item of hot food is freshly made to order and all standard alcohol (beer, wine, whisky, gin, vodka etc.) are part of the entry using bank/credit cards, unlike in Malaysia and Singapore where you only get beer, with every other alcohol being chargeable. Also, in KLIA, all food is pre-cooked and served buffet style.

Worth every penny if you have a long stop over!!! Comfortable chairs and unlimited free food and non alcoholic drinks. Even showers if you want one!

flight arriving terminal 3 but connecting flight leaving terminal 2 is that convenient to get to the premier lounge and can i spend my 8 hour wait in this lounge and get a shower and sleep
