The Dubai metro is not underground but upperground which is better because you can admire the beauty of this city every time you take the metro. It is cheap and very comfortable. Very good the idea of separating men from women on the metro. Men...More

This is a fantastic driverless train with a neat and clean environment. What I liked it the efficient service and special cabin for gold class and women travellers.

Started using the metro last trip instead of taxis, wow we saved a fortune. Easy for tourists once you have mastered the ticket machine, which is not difficult and saves queuing. Cheap, safe, clean and reliable. Take note Manchester metrolink.

It’s very expensive, and how they charge you for crossing 2 zones is rediculous. We needed to get back to the hotel and only needed to travel 3 stops but crossed 2 zones so they charged us the same price as we paid travelling the...More

I do not know. We had only a day pass. The ticket agents are very helpful and may be able to guide you on the best choice.

Dubai is effectively and efficiently planned. Hopping from a bus stand to the metro is a stone's throw. It saves one from the desert heat. The EMIR cares for his people.
