    Hossein shop @dubaihandbags
Hossein is a very well spoken man whos very knowledgeable and friendly . No pressure to buy anything at all and the bags and shoes are priced reasonable. We literally purchase some items and saved time by not going to the Bazzar , They also ship to the UK which might be very good option for us since we know them and quality of products are good ,

    Time consuming
If you are in search for fake brands and are want to buy plastic “look a likes” you can go. You have to be prepared to follow sellers into showrooms in office blocks. It takes time if you want sizes. Prices are high considering it is all “upper (fake) leather” Be prepared to negotiate prices.

On the positive side some great copies But be warned It’s hard to walk around freely as every shop owner will hassle you. You need to be good at negotiating as prices are plucked from the air. Be very careful buying a fake designer watch! The first one I bought for £230 went 30 mins fast the first day. So I bought the most expensive for £500 haggling down from £730, this also lasted a day because water went inside.

If your looking into this place then you already know what it’s for, when you arrive you will be dropped off in the square. When you get out into the street/square you will be called and approached by many people it can be quite intimidating, ignore them and just browse at your leisure.

When In the shops, you may be led to secret rooms or even to another destination just a short walk to a block of flats. Do not be afraid you are safe and the people are there to purely sell, we were led from city lights to another location with very very good quality products.

Be prepared to walk away to get a better deal, haggle like crazy and always say that you seen cheap and just as good quality.

Another store to visit is next door to city lights ask for moein and he is amazing, again led to an aladdins cave upstairs and anything he doesn’t have he will take you to or get someone to you.

We visited this place twice and the first time was slightly daunting but it’s perfectly safe

The area has some bits to check but be very careful in the souls specially with what price gets put in to the machine when paying by card . Ask how much before you agree . Keep hold of your children - ask male children to keep hands in their pockets and female teens keep between parents please . Have one very upset girl after this visit .

Went to Karama last night (May 30, 2022). I don't understand what the others are griping about. Area has a ton of shops, very nice, clean and air conditioned. I'm not talking about the flee marker-like area but the established shops as you walk towards the Dubai Frame. Replica clothes on hangers and on shelves with huge selections right as you walk in. These guys don't care 😄. Forget the secret rooms at the Gold Souk, you're wasting your time there. The time it will take you to see 3 hidden stores at the Souk you will see 20-30 stores here. Yes the shop keepers can be as annoying as anywhere but the clothes are good quality. Be sure to take cash for better bargaining power. Have fun!

I contacted Hossein through Instagram ( Dubaihandbags ) and sent him list of bags I wanted . He managed to find them for us and then we went to see him in he is shop . He was very helpful and the prices was very competitive compared to the karama market . We also saved a lot of time by not going to the markets again . He was just located by our hotel in Jumeirah . He gave us a good deal because we bought three bags . I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality bags

Its very very frustrating when the customer service is not trained on how to maintain their temper infront of every customer it reflects very bad image of the company, I was on queue and I saw the counter next to me she just finished serving the last person in the line I went there to be served and lady name Charmel, she said go back to your line I am serving those people that are coming now, they were two ladies just arrived in after I approached her, I told I saw you don't have queue and decided to come to you because i have only 8pcs, just serve me, she said no! I will not serve you! she's called her supervisor Shankar for something simple that customer service should handle, I asked her infront of supervisor will serve me she said NO I will not infront of her supervisor, even no respect at all why call supervisor If you still continue talking back! I told supervisor i am not crazy i saw someone in the line and come straight and jump them even who will agree to be skipped!! I asked to check the camera, After the supervisor begged her to serve me as I had 8pcs only she served me with very bad attitude. I am a customer service but the level of the customer service we have in day to day Karama is very bad, if you're getting paid do your work properly and go home at peace, don't be the reason you spoil the company imagine.

If you show interest in their “brands” replica, you’ll an apartment in a side alley to a showroom. The first showroom grade F products to measure your response. If you show discontent, you’ll be told “that’s not the best we have” then you’ll be taken to Grade A replicas. Spend your time examining the products. Don’t show any emotions except cynicism at that point. Ask lightly for the price, you’ll give a price between Dhs 1000-2000. Again don’t show any emotions. Start your bid with Dhs 200. Increase bid by no more than Dhs 10 each time up to Dhs 300. If they don’t agree, leave. Most probably they will come after you or you’ll find another seller willing to take the bid.

A horror trip! Never again!
If you ask for a special item everyone tells you that is avalaible in shop. When you enter the shop suddenly they tell you that they don’t have the item and they try to sell other things. In that way you will loose a lot of time.

Furthermore they made a price. If you than decide to buy it, they will increase the price for item! It is always the case!!!!

Last but not least be carefull if you pay with creditcard. If the price is 100 Dirham, they set one more 0 in the payment system. If you don’t see it, you will than pay 1.000 Dirham instead of 100 Dirham.

Never again !!!!
