Few friends of ours wanted to visit flying cup that reopened recently. One of them was over weight , there was option of talking to them through WhatsApp. Which I did. I asked them the price and asked if a person over 100 kg can come for which the answer was if the person can sit in the chair and put seatbelt it’s ok. I told them that’s embarrassing coming there and trying and having to leave if it doesn’t fit. When I told them this. The quick answer was Your choice. It’s very rude and seriously poor taste. Who ever is training their staff is doing a poor work. I am very offended and will never ever use the services if this is their attitude. A whole bunch of us will never use flying cup . Thank you.

Enjoy 360 view of JBR
Experience 360 degree panoramic view and feel the thrill with a flight experience on flying cup
A 20 minute, slowly spinning ride rising up to 40m with views over skyscrapers and amazing Beach view.
Person with height phobia this is the exact place to over come their fear as it goes up slowly with dangling legs with safety measures covered.
Wonderful experience ,enjoy the view, with music drinks n food.
Do give a try,worth it
You won’t regret 💯💯

This is experience is worthwhile as it is something different and the views are something you otherwise wouldn't see.
However on their website they quote it being 30 minutes long . This is far from true. We were up and down in 10 minutes. I timed the next group at 7 minutes.
At 80Aed I don't consider it value for money but nevertheless glad I've done it.

The views from atop were amazing. Nice 15 minute pass time. Takes you up 40 metres above the ground. Rotates to give a full 360 view-amazing views! Opted for the popcorn and slush and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Worth the price, particularly with the entertainer app.

The flying cup is nice to do when you are in the area. You buy your ticket(s) at the cash desk and then you wait till its your turn to go up. We bought a few snack and a drink, because its nice to eat and drink while you are up in the air. At the ground it does not look that high but when you are in the cup at the top... its a bit higher then i thought. The view is amazing while you turn around. You have an amazing view over the boulevard, beach and sea.
Was a nice experience and i recommend it to do.

We visited Flying cup last week after booking a cobone voucher. They have coupons with drinks and snacks for a great price. The weather is also quite favorable to enjoy the view.
We chose a strawberry slush and cookie to go with the ride. Almost at a height of 40m, it gives a 360 degree view of JBR, Ain Dubai and Bluewater Island.

Aside from the view, there was nothing else. Food is an extra, so you have to buy from their koisk (they provide popcorn, nachos, those kind of stuff) the operator just brought us up, took pictures that he would sell later, played music then just sat there scrolling on his phone until 15 mins was up. What I expected was inclusive snacks and an engaging operator who would explain the view.
FYI
For those who havent tried one of these, the flying up brings you 40 meters up for 15 mins while slowly rotating to give you a 360 meter panoramic view.
The ticket cost 80 dirham (if my memory serves it right)

Flying Cup is a nice experience, even it's not so expensive actually it's very affordable.
One you are 40 meter above ground Level you can enjoy view of complete JBR Walk...
Even you can see the worlds tallest Giant Wheel it's about to get open for public in 2020.

This was an amazing way to see J beach. On a beautiful morning or afternoon you can see great views. With your ticket option you will get a drink and popcorn. You could get other alternatives.
We went for a mid day option as it seemed like it would be more cooler. We were very lucky we had the whole flying cup to ourselves. There were no queues and no wait time.
. I am unfortunately thought that this would be a popular event and pre-booked tickets with sal travels via viator on Expedia. I was over charged. I could have bought from Kiosk at cheaper price. I paid nearly 50 pounds it was only 60 AED at kiosk. Don’t pre buy! Bit annoyed but know for next time!

No there is no entrance ticket. But parking there is either difficult or expensive. A good option is to park in the paid parking lot of the theater there, do take your parking ticket to the flying cup they will stamp it, thus making your parking free.

The ride is of 15 minutes and 5 minutes to settle down, so in all about 20 minutes.
