The view of this stupa on top of Mount Phousi is probably more prominent and awesome than the stupa itself. You can see it from afar. However, on climbing Mt Phousi to the stupa, it is actually quite small.

It is a little stupa that looks more impressive from far away. The place has a very important religious value and the views of Luang Prabang are nice. You have to pay a ticket to visit it (10000 k).

Located at the top of Mount Phousi, this beautiful Stupa comes with the amazing view of the Luang Prabang town. Very worth it to climb the 300++ steps for this amazing view and beautiful stupa.
