What was nice about this market was that the vendors were not in your face buy my products type of people. I regret going home empty handed, the things on sale were only a few dollars

Luang Prabang's Night Market is a Textile Lover's Paradise. The Textiles are cheaply priced and very beautiful. Be sure to haggle as they will give their items at reduced prices It runs along Sisavangvong Road and is open from 6pm until 10pm and is open...More

This night market is simply the biggest and best night market I have ever seen! It is blocks long in the center of town, and is jam-packed with local handicrafts, clothing, jewelry and lots of street and fresh juice/smoothie stands. Although I was not in...More

If you see something you like then get it. I thought that I would find the same thing later in my travels and would not have to carry so far. No! Things, particularly the scarves I was looking at, were only here! Does get very...More

Even if you don’t like shopping, go, and indulge in the street food, which is rich and dirt cheap. The food alley is really where all the better stalls are. Don’t miss it. A nightly feast!

A huge range of good quality and interesting products (e.g. great for presents), many of which are not the usual rubbish you find in most other night markets in Asia. Sellers there are generally very polite and friendly and do not try to rip you...More

Not a total fan of night markets, I guess it was okay. Vendors are Negotiable but not too pushy. Starts shutting down around 10pm.

It's nice because you don't have to worry about being hassled while walking and browsing. There's a nice selection of souvenirs and clothes. The only downside is the narrow paths - once a small group stops to look at things, you're probably stuck for a...More

While we ended up walking through this every evening after dinner it didn’t get tiring. The same stuff but fun to see the food alley and all the people. We didn’t buy anything but I would recommend bargaining fervently.
