Nice building. I assume was very impressive in the past. The sea looks nice there as well , with a walking path and fences. Too bad no one repairs it..

An old falling down building on the waterfront. Architecturally interesting but seems to be falling apart. OTOH - the rest of the waterfront is great.

This old casino is closed and you cannot go inside however, just seeing it from the outside is stunning. It would be remarkable to see it restored.

The Casino in Constanta, Romania is no longer in use but the building itself is really, just between the old town, port of Constanta and the sea.

The place looks nice above the sea, if you're in Constanta you have to take a look. Too bad the authorities don't invest in rebuilding the monument, i think it would have looks even more beautiful.

It's a pitty that such a beautiful building is left in such a bad shape. The building from 1910 cab be visited only from the outside due to the bad condition. Needs urgently renovation!

The citys absolute landmark, but in an awful stage of disrepair. Longgone closed but hope it will be restored to its former glory

It is a shame that this realy old building with a lot of potențial and with beautiful arhitecture is left to be destroied by the time and the sea. It is a realy beautiful place and is a land mark of Constanta .

Happy New Year to everyone! My question is the following: would one be able to walk inside the building and photograph and document it's current sad state? Or is it sealed, closed and guarded and some special permissions might be required? Thank you! Best regards!

Two security guards are there to turn you away. They were pleasant enough but it was disappointing nevertheless. I think there must be lots of masonry ready to fall down. Shame on the authorities for not restoring it.
