The trip to this town remains a very enjoyable one, and certainly my family and I will come back as many times as we can! I really appreciate it!

Just outside of the Old Town centre and the walls of the city stands this real gem. From the outside, it's another typical Romanian Church, but the inside is spectacularly decorated in the Orthodox manner. There are no photos allowed inside, which is a pity...More

St Nicholas church was such a pleasure to visit. It was a bit out of the way so we encountered hardly anyone else there, save a man repainting all the church murals. His recent restoration had left the murals so bright and vibrant and the...More

A superb little church, in a courtyard surrounded by fortification wals. It was a great peaceful feeling there. You can also find "prima scoala romaneasca" in the courtyard.

This historic church is located west of the old town. The outside is more impressive than the inside, but worth a look on your downtown wanderings. Thanks for the vote if you found this review helpful.

I do recommend to go to this church, appreciate the paintings there are on the walls, the church itself and the cemetery.

Another very interesting historical church, and a part of the sites and history of Brasov. The history behind the churches of Romania has to be looked at, individually, to really appreciate everything.

It is difficult to miss this iconic church when you're in Piata Unirii. Walk through the arches and you see the pretty church on the way up. As far as churches go, this will not be a very memorable one. In truth, the outside looks...More

It was very reasonable, around 1 euro per person. Its worth a visit and the curator/priest is a really friendly character
