Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very impressive and beautif church. I am trying to visit it every time I come to Lviv. I suppose it's one of the iconic place in the city. It's very interesting inside, like in a small museum you can just walk and view every detail of decoration or pray and think about something personal, atmosphere of temple helps to it. Recommend for visiting.

Structure of beautiful architecture. Inside, this Church is much more beautiful than outside. Nice sculptures, great and quiet atmosphere. I Loved this Church.

The Church of St. Andrew is one of the oldest basilicas in Lviv and a central building in the Bernardyntsi Complex. It is very atmospheric inside. You can pray here or just enjoy the silence when the is no mass.

This was a lovely visit. Took a cab from central Lviv, very reasonable. Spent about an hour listening to the service and then wandering the beautiful gardens. It was a spiritual and peaceful place to spend half a day.

It was built by Roman Catholics, it was a Roman Catholic Church for a long time, but now it is a Greek Catholic Church, with new ukrainian language signs inside.

This Baroque style church is impressive both outside and inside. Before part of the Bernardine Church and monastery. The magnificent monument of old Lviv unites the characteristics of Renaissance architecture with clearly defined mannerist tendencies. Absolutely beautiful inside.

Incredibly ornate Baroque interior, although the addition of a neon Virgin Mary seemed a little odd! Well worth seeing.

The exterior is mind-blowing, but the interior is out of this world! The interior was refurbished in the Baroque style. I have some amazing videos of the interior. It's perhaps, the best interior of a church that I've seen amongst my travels. The complex is under the care of Ukrainian Greek Catholic Basilian Order since 1991. Just around the corner stands the Hlyniany Gate.
