i went it and followed the lights reflecting from one of the ceiling wondows. it was mystifying. one just admires and absorved the peace and inner adoration towards the unknown that we somehow come to know but hard to share!

A very different experience. Great frescoes and art throughout. It has a dark beauty of its own. Well worth a visit.

This church is right opposite the Church of Transfiguration and it is worth a visit. It is not large like other churches but frescos are fantastic. Yes there is a entrance fee as well as a fee to take pictures but very cheap.

Amazing place, with unusual wall paints presenting ghosts. Unusual combination of bisantic with roman architecture. Possibility to buy same souvenirs inside.
