I attended a mass on 15 August. The entire church was packed. From what I could see, it was incredible. I felt out of place with a coll airless shirt, so I left without getting a good look at the cathedral

Lots of impressive carved gold and wood sculptures. Unfortunately scaffolding inside but still possible to get good photos. Served as a book repository during Soviet times.
