Stunning and beautiful town. Good place for photo taking as well as shopping. However, we visited during winter and a lot of shops and restaurants are closed.

Take a short ride on the top of the Mount Srd and enjoy the most spectacular view that stretches below: on the blue sea, Lapad Bay and walled city Dubrovnik. Old City surrounded by fortified walls and overlooking Adriatic Sea is place filled with centuries...More

Beautiful place to visit. Stunning views from the city wall. Loads of cafes and restaurants to choose from, stick to the ones in the side streets, more reasonably priced. Only downside is, it gets very busy and crowded. Loads of cruise ships, sometimes 2 or...More

I visited during the off season, many shops were closed; however, half of restaurants and shops still open for business with less foot traffic. I suggest taking a guided tour through the city and walking the wall to learn about the history which is very...More

Very attractive atmosphere, but too much tourists. Lot of small lanes and stairs. Very hot in the middle of summer. Good place to eat. Worth to visit.

Old town Dubrovnik is fascinating, but it really changes depending on how crowded it is. Try not to go when all the giant cruise ships are in town because it's literally hard to get down the streets. Other times you can meander here and there...More

Staying within the walled city was ideal and close to all the restaurants and supermarkets. First thing you should do is walk to wall as this will give you an appreciation of the whole place, but do it as early in the morning as you...More
