Well worth a trip! Plenty to see, some fascinating sights such as the monastery and botanical gardens. The cacti are huge! There are some great locations to eat and drink and relax. You could easily spend all day and more!

Heard great things, caught the overpriced ferry from the old city harbour. We felt with the over inflated ferry ticket, at the very least a map should of been included. There is the oppportunity to go swimming in the salty lake and see peacocks and...More

I loved the day on the island. We went to escape the hordes arriving on the cruise ships into Dubrovnik. The day was great, good food, walking and swimming. Highly recommend.

An island with A lot to see on a day trip! Very nice atmosphere. Only minus is that the attractions’ Numbers on the map and the signs didn’t match each other. Also there could be more signs.

Take the boat from the old city, worth the money although seemed expensive at the time. Tip. Take your own food and drink. Island ridiculously pricey. Suggest you wear proper walking shoes. The view from the fort is fabulous however they could trim some of...More

We decided to go for an afternoon and we really disappointed. Lots of dead vegetation, some peacocks and rabbits. Not alot to see or do really. The GoT exhibition could have been alot better. Our highlight was getting to see the iron throne. Ferry was...More

This island is a 15 minute ferry ride from Dubrovnik harbor port outside the old city. There is a salt water swimming area with a small swim in cave and the Adriatic coast swimming area. Both places are rocky so wear swim shoes! There are...More

It's a short boat trip from the Old City harbour and the ticket includes admission to the island whose inhabitants are peacocks and rabbits. The botanical garden is populated by mostly trees, but probably blossom is resplendent at the appropriate time of the year. There...More

A great little island and a fun few hours. The water here is absolutely clear blue. The walk to the other side of the island (about 20 mins) offers great swimming from the rocks. Easy access in and out of the water with many good...More

Worth the effort for the ride on the boat and the scenery going there and back. Lunch by the monastery was pretty good and there are some nice pictures to take. Nice getaway from the crowds in old Town!

There is a changing room right near the ferry area, to the left of it near where one of the swimming spots. Also there are toilets near some of the cafes so you could use them.

It doesn’t look like it runs passed September. If you google “how to get to Lokrum” and click on the site that has the Croatia Ferries link, it’ll show you the times tables. Many things close down in the winter as tourism... More

From the harbour in the old walled city. Walk straight down the stradum and you will find it. Not sure about the price, but the Dubrovnik card gets you a discount, depending on which version you have. The longer your card is... More
