We visited this museum as we had got the cable car. You can buy a combined cable car and museum ticket. The museum isn't huge, but it contains a lot of in depth information about Dubrovnik's history. There are lots of information boards, written in...More

The exhibition was very informative and well laid out. The bullet holes in the walls of the fort are still visible when you go up the stairs and the view from the top is stunning. The pictures exhibited really show the hellish fear and anguish...More

When you go up in the cable car please go and see this exhibition. the fact that the building is a Napoleonic Fort is enough but the exhibition in side is very good.

You just read and watch the screens. There wasn't a guide there when we went, but the boards and info are all very self explanatory Do go up onto the roof to see the view.

Hi, We walked to the cable car station from the port - about 15 minutes walk and then caught the cable car up. There were some cars at the top but I didn't see any buses or bus stops.
