Lovely views from the top definitely go early in the morning before all the tour groups come or the line up will take forever. This is where you will find people pushing to get tickets and lining up for the cable car in a tiny...More

Yes, do it! The views are lovely and far-reaching. But, apart from admiring the views, you should not expect anything much to do at the summit. People younger than me might like to buy a single ticket and walk down. Martin Counihan

Visited the cable car on a relatively quiet day (only one cruise ship in port as opposed to the usual 5 i.e., max 2000 people in the location instead of c10,000!). The cost is about £22 return. Tickets can be bought from various outlets, including...More

Views of the entire city are great but not sure if it's worth the long lines. Hire a tax/uber instead.

Honestly, if you're fit then just save yourself the money and walk up. Alternatively, cable car up and walk back down so you just pay for one way. It is a great view but it's overpriced and not all that worth it.

If you are fit and able, you should consider walking up or down. The cable car queues can be long and the journey is very quick compared to the cost. If you do walk will take 50-70 minutes depend on the temperature. Look out for...More

An extraordinary way to view Dubrovnik! Even had a close encounter with donkeys at the top! A glass of bubbles whilst enjoying the scenery was also very special. Well worth the trip.

Hey Victor. Yes, bus No 8 runs about every 20 minutes (with a slightly reduced service on Sundays) between Luka Gru (the port) and Viktorija, passing the lower station of the cable car en route. The drive takes about 10... More

Don’t believe this is a walk. There are public buses that are about a 15 minute ride (due to the stops) or you can take a short taxi or Uber ride.
