Great little beach for kids. Playground and shallow waters. Also an amazing view and very close to shops and eats.

Fun place for all age children. Our 17 month old loved it. Clean. Parking. The beach is right there.

Great to take your kids, it's nice and small. There's a little theater and playground. Never too crowded. Nice if you're stopping in town and wanna stop by the beach for a bit.

Between the beach, open space, and playground, there is a lot to do for a little one. There are also daily yoga and music classes. Great place for small children but as they grow older I would take them to Jetties instead. Food and toys available for for purchase makes it a great place to spend part of the day.

This is in a sheltered cove area near a playground. The sand is nice and there is decent views of the harbor.

Children's Beach is perfect for families with children. There's a park with shade next door with a cafe to grab drinks and/or lunch!! No waves makes it safe!!

Calm water, decent sized (but small) beach area, small take-out cafe with covered tables, large lawn area with a couple of picnic tables and shaded benches. Great for little ones, especially in the 1-5 year old age range. Also, easy access to town and sandwich shops, stores, etc.

Back in the 70's this is where the American Red Cross used to hold swimming lessons. My friends and I would gather each morning as young-ins and learn to swim. It is a great beach with calm water protected by the harbor. A playground is there and a great place to see the boats coming in and out from the... More
