Clear beautiful water with soft white sand. The mornings seemed to be best as often an afternoon shower spoiled the sun bake.

Great place to swim, and quite safe for most ages. Sandy beach, not too crowded. Remember to have a snorkle, but I think slaughter bay had the best snorkle get.

Emily Bay is a beautiful part of Norfolk Island. We were lucky enough to be there for Foundation Day, great bay for swimming and snorkelling.

Lovely soft sand, gentle sloping entry, most days flat as a tack, and a pontoon in the middle of the bay to rest.
