The view from out here is amazing. It’s about a 180 degree view from the viewing platform. There’s a very nice area for a picnic as there are some picnic tables and a big open grass area with toilets as well.

The monument and plaque are surrounded by wonderful views of the coastline and forest within a vast grassy area.

What an amazing spot. Soo beautiful and remote. Wonderful bird life. Spend time with nature and soak up the serenity.

We were looking for a place to enjoy a picnic on a windy day and found this to be the most protected. It is also a good spot for bird watching.

The monument to recognize the landing of Captain Cook at Norfolk Island overlooks this site and a worse area of high spectacular cliffs could not be found
