I had reserved a two hour boat trip for a group of friends from 6-8 PM and just as we were ready to board, the rain began. Greg (the owner) was amazing, not only did he keep an eye on the storm to see if we might still be able to launch, but with the group facing COVID restrictions and not having an easy "plan B" to go to, Greg offered to have us use the boat for our gathering! I had worked with Monica at Bread and Butter (who also, by the way was AMAZING) to deliver several delicious food platters to the boat, we dropped our cooler of drinks on and kicked-off our party! Within an hour or so the storm passed and Greg hopped on the boat as our personal boat captain and gave us a PERSONAL tour of the beautiful Annapolis waterways! I can't say enough about the experience and the group talked about it all weekend. Experiences create the most amazing memories...this is one the group will not soon forget!

This experience is fun for all ages. We had people who ranged in age from 12 to 72 and we all enjoyed it. The drivers can be picked from your group and must take a short course on how to maneuver the boat as well as rules to follow and a map of where you are able to go. The speed is fast enough to feel a breeze but can also be as slow as make you comfortable. We chose the 2 hour and it was perfect for our group.

Captain Greg did a great job welcoming our party and making us feel right at home on his boats. We had a party of 10, and everyone really enjoyed their time and we vow to return with even more friends and family for another great outing.

My group of seven friends very highly recommend renting from Annapolis Electric Boat Rentals. Captain Greg is so very friendly and clear in his guidance about operating the boat and the places to visit along Spa Creek. We engaged in many activities on our outing to Annapolis and this one ranks #1!

We had a wonderful afternoon on the water!! Greg was great to work with and gave us good training. Clean boat and easy to manage. This was our second sailing and would definitely go again and again!
In days of COVID, would not recommend more than 6-8 adult passengers even though it is advertised as 10. For July weekend booking, book 2-3 weeks in advance.

One of the High Lights of our long weekend. Tough to say it was the top because Annapolis offers so many great experiences. We are very senior couples and with the skilled introduction, were totally at ease going out on our own. Took our own picnic and went to the end of Spa Creek and just floated and enjoyed everything. There was considerable boat traffic around the Bridge and MUCH bigger boats than ours, but our little green lady just took us where we wanted to go and did NOT challenge the big boys. Plenty of power to stay out of trouble and not near enough to get you in trouble. Perfect balance.
Would definitely do this again when weather and time permit.

For my wife’s birthday she wanted go on a boat ride in Annapolis. I searched around and found Annapolis Electric boat rentals and saw all the great reviews. I booked a 3 hour rental on a Friday night it lived up to the expectations. Greg did a great job going through everything I needed to know. I haven’t driven a boat in 25 years and I had no problem driving it.
It ended up being the best present my wife has ever gotten (her words).

Greg was very helpful in scheduling our boat ride and ensured he was available to drive the boat. He also recommended where we should go, so the water was not too choppy. We had a great experience and will definitely use Annapolis Electric Boat Rentals in the future!!!

Such an easy process, and so fun! Greg ensured i was comfortable driving the boat and answered all of our questions. He even called me to check in during our boat ride when I missed a turn and he guided me over the phone of how to get back on track. I would absolutely rent from this company again and recommend them to anyone looking for a boating experience! I can't wait for my next trip out!

We signed up for a 2 hour rental and it was AWESOME. We were a mom and dad and two college age kids.
Our instructor taught us everything we needed to know in about 15 minutes right in the boat. We learned how to operate the boat and where to go. We were able to investigate two unique paths during our time and also bought take out dinner nearby and enjoyed that in a peaceful cove. It was great to be boating quickly and easily upon arrival. We had never boated and we found it safe and easy. The boat was spacious and clean and frankly it is a great Covid friendly activity. We came with our family of 4, our instructor met us at the boat, we all wore masks as we learned what to do and then we were on our own the rest of the time until we docked and departed.
I thought the time we chose was ideal from 6-8 in the evening. The canopy on the boat provided some shade and being on the water made it cooler. It was fun to see the sites and to spend time together doing something different and enjoying such a beautiful area. We felt like we were a world away. This is a wonderful activity and we plan to recommend it to others and do it again ourselves!

We have 3 adult couples. Would there be a captain guiding the boat and can we bring snacks and wine? We also will be wearing mask, etc. With covid will that any screw members be wearing protections? We are seeking a 4 hour trip in the afternoon (1-4, or 2-6) for fathers day.

Thank you for reaching out to Annapolis Electric Boat Rentals. You can bring snacks and wine, however your driver cannot drink alcohol. We do not provide a Captain for the boat, the boats are slow enough that the renter can drive. Our maximum rental time is three hours, however we are sold out on Sunday. May I interest you in another day?
