Watch the parade of boats that traverse this narrow channel to see and be seen in your new craft. Park it here if you wish. Many fine restaurants and shops line the shore.

If you love boats, you can get right up close to many of them as they refuel. Also, lots of eateries all around you, super convenient. Lastly, year-round public restrooms are available here.

While in Annapolis, enjoy a walk down by the water and ogle the many boats. In the summer, the plaza and walkway are busy. A nice stroll, especially if you have fantasies of sailing away on your own boat some day. Picturesque. Be sure to...More

A great place to look at boats and watching the big boats try to turn around. People watching while enjoying an ice cream is wonderful too.

Stinkpotters now fill the Annapolis Harbor to show off their possessions on an ego-based cruise. There was time, not too long ago, when the harbor was filled with oyster boats gunwale to gunwale, and oysters ruled by the bushel. Sadler's and Steven's hardware stores sold...More

Certainly, and there are many outdoor cafes that allow dogs. Indoors is not allowed because of silly health dept rules. Not as liberal as Europe, but outdoors is fine.
