Ok. $3.00 per person is not bad! So much to do. Camping- tent, RV, cabin, etc. Splash pad. Loads of hiking. Canoe rentals ($25/day). Wildlife! Quiet!

The park is beautiful and the campsites are lovely. The restrooms/showers appear relatively new, but are not kept clean. We stayed five nights and all five nights campers blared music all day and way past 10pm. Where were the park rangers or camp hosts? Beautiful...More

Traveled from Lafayette La for a day trip. Paid $3 and got a map at the entrance. It's a smaller park but nice. I was there midday during the week so there were just a few campers there. Liked the shaded campsites and nice cabins....More

I've stayed a few times and usually pick mid week dates. the park is clean, pleasant and has good access roads. many things to do with bikes, kayaks, hiking etc. i would recommend staying here.

peaceful and quite, out in the middle of no where right next to river. couple of small ponds for fishing and canoeing. has a boat launch and water splash pad. Water and electric hook ups but no sewage.

The showers were individual, with shower curtains on each. There was a small dressing area in the front of each shower. They were always clean. Excellent campground hosts.

Yes, but they must be kept on a leash and you must clean up after them.
