All the large hotels and eating establishments are on the road. We ate in one restaurant and stayed in a hotel on the street. The city closes one side on Sunday for bike riders. This is a very neat street.

An ideal place for biking or jogging. Most importantly do not forget to put sunscreen. Or an umbrella if you just decided to walk in broad daylight.

Must visit at least once, if not for jogging so at least walking around. Hundreds of people walking, jogging or just hanging out, the place is relatively safe with drinks and ice-cream vendors all over. This place is mainly for late afternoon or early evening as before it will be too hot. Gives an amazing angle to the city high... More

A great way to walk off the great food available in Panama City. Better of walk in the morning or evening due to temperature and humidity. From the "Old Town" to the modern high-rise area of downtown.

We walked from 5 de mayo to Panama city and it was wonderful. The walk took us a while in 90degree heat but I would do it again. The property is maintained and the walk is very save. You walk along the water and the view to absolutely wonderful. It is a great view of the skyline of Panama City... More

A great way to walk or drive along to see the sites of Panama City. The skyline is amazing, there is so much to see in Panama City, I am already ready to go back.

I couldn't get ashore on this day as the shuttle, buses were not able to take a mobility scooter., but I had visited Panama City on another occasion. My husband went this time and said there was a problem with the number of shuttle buses going into Panama City. He waited for a long time in quite a crowd and could... More

Lots of beautiful buildings to be be seen along the skyline. It looked like some buildings were ready to be torn down but most were rather new.

Didn't realize that the skyline of Panama City would be so beautiful. The best place to see this, other than from a hotel room overlooking the ocean or even a helicopter tour over the city which I don't think is offered, would be along this avenue. On one side is the sea, and on the other side, the marvelous skyline... More

This is the main Avenue in Panama, on one side it's Av. Balboa on the other side is Cinta Costera. On Balboa side are Hotels and the entrance to Av. Uruguay that is the street with plenty restaurants. It's nice and noisy because o f the traffic. There is also United Airlines and the entrance of the Bank zone.
