To be fair in the end we had a good tour but can still not recomend this company do to they way it´s running. Very poor comminication, no safe booking system & poor planning. Short word: Booked a trip and found money withdrawn from my account but no tour hotel had been booked had to block my bank account, called... More

The tour comes to your hotel and wisks you away in an air conditioned bus. Off you go to your destination on a boat older than than Panama canal with even more history! Not to worry the vessel is more than seaworthy. Your MC, tour guide, is known affectionately as JC short for Juan Carlos. Your day will be filled... More

This is one you should add to your bucket list. We've traveled to some really cool places across the world and I'm really glad we had time for this one. Highly recommend.

Locks cruise - excellent, fantastic commentary, amazing to go through with a huge ship and small yachts. Great complement to the museum visitors centre Go through see how it works, be a small boat next to a huge boat See the lake and experience the whole thing. Lunch OK Take sunscreen and a hat it's very hot

I am trying to book this tour but the whole process is very exhausting, and then today they have charged my credit card again! I made the booking 5 weeks ago, paid for it, notified them of the hotel reservation, waited 3 weeks for a response and then they take another $1000 from me. I am just hoping the actual... More

We were on a Princess cruise entering Panama from the Pacific coast and exiting in the Caribbean. I thought the full day of entering locks, slowly navigating the river and then exiting would be very boring. Farthest from the experience we had! Entering the Miraflores Locks was fascinating, especially since we were going through the locks with a cargo ship.... More

We enjoyed the tour of the canal lock, museum and old city very much. Our disappointment came when the rest of the tour group had been booked on a half day tour (with a different tour company, obviously, as we had not been offered the half day option with Nexus), and we proceeded to a poor quality, limited-offering, buffet lunch... We booked the tour of the locks. It included a lunch which was horrible. Was two hours late due to a container ship parking in their area to load the excursion.

There are only two tourist ships authorized to go through the canal. We started up on a harbor outside the canal on the Atlantic Ocean side and had to wait a couple of minutes for the canal-trip authorization. The relatively small ship has to join a large one, which is either a container vessel or a grain transporter or an... More

You should go on the City Tour and Canal Visitor Center Tour first before doing the Panama Canal Transit Tour. The visitor center and museum provides an overview of the history of Panama and the Panama Canal. Our tour included visiting the City's landmarks. We started at the Miraflores Locks where we observed ships transiting the Panama Canal from the... More
