A small but very well managed museum. It shows a very good art collection: not only painting but also a few nice sculptures. It has, also, a nice restaurant and gift shop. Excellent location, near major hotels, theaters and city highlights.

Don't expect a BIG museum such as madrid, paris, or san Francisco... this is a small museum but it has a piece of what El Salvador consider important. It's a short time tour, it worth's to take a tour into the museum. Highly recommended.

This museum exhibits the works of a great number of Salvadorian artists. I truly enjoy the chronological order in which they've organized the works, and the overall environment --and of course, the art.
