This is a cute place to pass. It is situated close to the Kiev center. You can take selfies with this cutie. Interesting thing is that this monument was a ridicule to the monument in front that is a boarder guard on a tiny horse.

The location shown on the map here is wrong. Find the monument on the corner park of Reitarska St and Heorhiivs'kyi Lane. Near the St. Sophia Hostel. (Makes a big difference when you're looking for it in 4 degree F weather.)
