The building is an art nouveau one located in the Lypky district of Kiev. The features on this building are very detailed and each figurine is crafted to the highest standard. However, the details can be hard to make out in unclear skies.

The area is nice but the house is not accessible anymore. We only managed to see a little of the roof from a distance.The vicinity is sealed of as it is situated across the street from the presidental office.
