not the easiest to find, not the easiest walk. we passed a park full of sleeping tramps. once you get there though, its well worth it. outstanding design.

Most interesting and particular building in the city. Just a huge pity they did not allow us in. Anyway I strongly advice to find it and take a look.

Must arrange tour ahead of time, but it's a fascinating space with interesting history. Great area near lots of other interesting things to do/see

Impressive, over-the-top designs on the exterior of the building. Make a point to pass by, as this is one of a very unique design.

We were stopped by (polite) guards from approaching the building but the chimeras we observed were fancy looking enough.

Certainly worth the short walk to see. The architect certainly meant to draw attention to his creation and I believe he certainly succeeded. While unable to enter the real show is outside anyway. Don't forget your camera !

No tourists are allowed, The site is officially closed, its guarded by the army and no one is allowed near it. Don't bother going.
