The size of this venue and the quality of the exhibits inside the Museum are outstanding. What is odd, but understandable, is that you pay, as a visitor, for various elements separately - for example entry fee is one price, a fee to take photos...More

I really like this museum. I have only been like 8 times to the insider part. It now includes the TRUTH about the war with Russia and the other World Wars. It is not too long but long enough to be ready to eat nearby....More

Very good museum, a lot of variation and interesting machinery. Well worth visiting and then you have a lot of other sites and landmarks too visit in the area

This is a comprehensive museum. The exhibit rooms are laid out chronologically, focused on the attack, capture, and liberation of Kyiv from the Nazis. Every room has a general sheet in English (and several other languages) to explain the theme of the room. Unfortunately, none...More

This was very interesting and educational regarding WW2 and also new exhibits about the current conflict in the eastern part of Ukraine. Highly recommended.

Very interesting location and historical museum. It's really impressive and a bit sad to see that the war has always affected those living there.

We only walked through the park, but were truly impressed with the statues and military equipment on display.

There is a lot to see in this museum, unfortunately no information in English language and all the staff are of the older generation with the surly unhelpful former Soviet attitude. Bearing this in mind it is still worth a visit.

Most of them outside - technique. Smaller War Museum is inside. We were there for about 2-3 hours.

Yes I agree you need 2 to 3 hours, mainly because much of it is outside and spread around and the hill top park it is in and the views it gives are a large part of the visit
