A walked quickly through this tower and was not impressed. To be fair it has a lot of information on each floor that I ignored for the most part. I went to the top floor hoping for a view and found none. The floor platform...More

Although this building has a fascinating history, the displays inside do not address it. It is also not air-conditioned, and there is little air flow, so it is quite unpleasantly hot inside on warm days.

This solitary tower is included on the multiple-sight ticket for Belgrade Fortress, so you might as well come over and check it out. It has now been comprehensively restored by the Greek government, so it is again a good example of historic military architecture. There...More

If you want to see the history of Balkan and Serbia find some time and visit the old tower. It is rebuilt with the help of the Greek Governement since their hero Riga of Fere. Astonishing !

A very informative modern museum with amazing views from some of the upper windows. The best display of information about Belgrade we saw on our visit. It is only a short walk from the White Fortress.

Here at the confluence of the Sava and Danube stands this Nebojsa Tower, a former military tower, which was intended to protect the access to the Danube port from the attacks of the Turks. I visited this very significant historical monument yesterday and was enchanted...More

My friend and I were walking along the waterfront and we came across the tower. I am glad we stopped in. The small museum discusses the role the tower played in history and some of the people imprisoned there.
