One of the things that you will definitely see in Belgrade. Monument looks to the one of the best fountains in Belgrade. While you're there you can go in several directions and whichever you choose, you won't be wrong. You can use several clubs around to have a break and plan your further walk.

The monument was located downtown at Marx & Engels Square. Apart from a fountain, Nikola Pasic Monument was erected there to commensarate the Serbian politician and once the President of National Assembly.

Positioned in the center of a large square just a few meters away from the main shopping street Knez Mihailova and also the most important ministry buildings, this monument enriches even then this beautiful square, decorated with an equally beautiful fountain. The statue itself is irrelevant in the context but it is ok.

The monument itself is nothing to write home about, the fountain and a bit of flowers save the day. Not too many benches. A nice cafe immediately next to it. Cinema, museum and parliament super close, city center very close. It is nice in winter when the ice rink is set and kids can come and skate (usually ruined by... More

The place is under "must".One of Belgrade's most important sights to pass through. On the other side is small modern gallery that you may really enjoy.

The monument is erected to one of the most prominent Serbian politicians from end 19th / beginning of 20th century who was minister and prime minister in this very important period of Serbian history (liberation from Turkish occupation and then Balkan wars and WWI). The monument is not particularly impressive but as it is in the central area of Belgrade... More
