Knez Mihailova is the street I visit the most while in Belgrade. It is a place to take in the architecture of the Stari Grad (Old Town) and the hustle and bustle of the city. There are many stores along the street, some local and others international. There are also many cafes and restaurants to stop and enjoy a meal... More

This is a nice area to stroll through as the buildings are adorned and there is 'higher-end' shopping.

If you like people watching, sitting in a street-side cafe, music, and relaxing, one must take a walk here. Shops line the streets and restaurants and cafes abound!

Every city should have a shopping street, and Belgrade certainly has one. It is nice with top brand shops and a lot of change offices

Ever since Knez Mihailova Street was closed for traffic (sometime in the 80's), it became the most important and beloved area right in the heart of the city of Belgrade. The monument of Knez Mihailo (Serbian royalty) marks the beginning of this beautiful street. Numerous buildings from late 19th and early 29th century give Knez Mihailova Street a noble look.... This street is important to see. They are international brands stores if you want, little shop for souvenirs (really less expensive in that area!), the street itself is beautiful and many artists are in this street. At each end of this street you have the hotel mokba to see or Kalamegdan. One think I don't like : the restaurants and... More

Full of shops , restaurants, cafes and terraces... a street where you can walk, shop and eat. In Nov. we had the chance to see Christmas lights, very nice for families and romantic for couples. a clean city with friendly people.

Excellent choice for a slow walk as there is really a holiday atmosphere everywhere around. The decorations are so good that there is always someone taking a selfie in front of some of them... There is also a large number of coffee shops so you can warm up afterwards. Gift shops are also open, which is always nice. I recommend... More
