Got the train to Constanta on the Black Sea, which was a slow and laughably outdated process, as well as the train to the airport which was even worse, the world's slowest commuter train to the middle of nowhere and then change to a minibus...More

The North Railway Station has not seen major investment since the 90' and is a bit of a disaster and shame for Bucharest. It's dirty, unrenovated, poorly marked and full of vedors that dont honor it and make it feel like an easter Bazar. Be...More

This is a massive train station. It was extremely beautiful I can imagine in it's beginning. It's old and Government's seem not to maintain but simply patch & repair Infrastructure. There are all types of vendors, money changers (unfair & refuse coins), pharmacy, post office...More

Traveling is amazing but it comes with the bitter and the sweet. On my first full day in Bucharest I've had probably one of my most frustrating travel experiences. Before I left SA I bought a rail ticket from Bucharest to Sighisoara where we are...More
