This is one of many imposing buildings on Calea Victoriei. It includes a wide selection of art collections. It was extremely quiet on the day we visited. Only RON 15 to enter - well worth it.

Affordable and worth the time. The Art Collection Museum has an amazing variety of historical art. Plan on spending 2 hours.

We visited the Romanian side (there is also a West European side), which has an extensive collection of medieval art and artefacts, plus an interesting selection of modern work.

A truly great collection of Romanian and European Art. Takes approximately 3 hours to see it all. Closes at 18 a.m. but the last submission is at 17 a.m. So, keep an eye at the watch

Gorgeous underrated art museum, located on one of the oldest and most beautiful avenues in the city.

This museum can take a couple of hours to really see the wide range of periods represented in the National Art Museums. The Romanian and European collections are separate (and have different entrance fees), providing an option for a shorter visit - our teens skipped...More

This is a quiet museum with some interesting works. I would agree with other comments in that it could do with a more detailed guide/map for visitors. I would also suggest that they should make more us of QR scanning to give more information about...More

No, as in many of Bucharest's attractions, there is not a cafe, but plenty round about.
