University Palace is one of the buildings of University of Bucharest situated on University Square. In front of the University you can see the statues of Ion Heliade Rădulescu, Michael the Brave, Gheorghe Lazăr and Spiru Haret.

The place literally doesn't change from visit to visit. Everything is still there, including the dirty streets and the graffiti on the walls (which is anything but artistic). You don't need more than 5 minutes just to pass through this area.

i was expecting this place to be decorated with Christmas lights in late November, but alas, it was not. It continued to be rather neglected and not too looked after, which is a pity, as it has such a great potential.

All the roads lead here and you should definitely visit and walk around the old center, during the day or in the evenings.
