This is a beautiful building in a city that has many beautiful buildings. Great Greek architecture. We walked from our hotel to see this and it was lovely.

Stunning concert hall. While we had to pay to enter the place, this concert hall speaks for itself. Impressive decorations inside the hall and outside, at the entrance level, are all reminding of the best concert halls in Paris and the like. Recommended.

I've been in a number of European concert halls. The Athenaeum is one of the most beautiful that I've been in. I had the privilege of enjoying private performances by a violinist and pianist. I highly recommend taking a tour and attending a performance.

I use to come here for the concerts but this was a visit with my family that lives abroad just to show to my nephews the superb inside of the building that is pretty nice on the outside as well.
