The is the place where everything happens in Zagreb. It was named after a governor of the city. The was a small market with local foods the they we went. There are dozens of good restaurants around the square.

This is a nice square to visit in the heart of Zagreb. Do yourself a favour and go to the Kras shop for some magical sweets - especially napolitanke.

This is the hub of the city! Walking tours meet here in front of the statue. There was a stage and regional dance troupes and singers/bands as entertainment.

This was my eight time in Croatia and finally got to it's capital - Zagreb. The square is probably the only nice place in the city afterall. Although it's a simple, not very big rectangle. Better choose Belgrade or Ljubljana for visit..

This square is very wide and very open. It leads to the old town or some fine restaurants. Depending on which way you go. Big statue of the man who saw off the Hungarians many years ago.

Just been passing this place during my visit in Zagreb. It's okay to here. Here you can take the tram and there's a lot of shops and restaurants around.

A place where people meet. In the center of the lower town and shopping area. Its easy to take public transport over here. From here you reach the upper town real quick.
