No information during entering that you'll have to pay 10 leva for that, you'll find this out only when you get the check! Music wasn't great (if you don't love Despacito at least), drinks expensive and no local beers available. Weird atmosphere and unfriendly staff.
The bar is locates in a small street in front of the parliament. Indeed they smoke inside despite the fact it is prohibited. Singers are good but some how the place looks small and like hole because it goes downstairs below a building.
