This is part of Parliament now. It not open for tourists or general public. Some very nice art pieces inside, but you better go to the gallery next building which was Kings palace.

During our walking tour we got to see many relics from the communism period. This building is an impressive representation of soviet architecture.

We visited this building during our Free Walking Tour. It's a very grand building in the centre of Sofia, still housing some government departments.

Although not a fan of Socialist architecture, I have to admit that this building and the two other large buildings built to the left and right are very impressive and dominate the area in a good way!

An attractive building with an interesting history. However, there's not much to do apart from walk around the exterior.

A great sample of Socialist past of Bulgaria - a monumental building in the center of Sofia, near the main tourist attractions. Today it still houses different governmental institutions.
